September Market Stats


Did someone say things were slowing down? It's been a roller coaster ride and a wild one at that! We have seen a drop in total volume sold but look at the increases in sales prices and price per sq foot! It continues to be moving north as we see a influx of people moving south. Our biggest challenge: finding inventory, hence the decrease in dollars sold! Plain and simple, we have more buyers than houses so we will continue to see an increase in prices until this stabilizes.
