After working 5 years on private yachts, Nicki decided to hop off the boat & focus on building her business on land. Her commitment to excellence & her naturally hospitable, sunny disposition, Nicki is truly a joy to work with. Whether you are hosting a private dinner for friends, catering a large fund-raising event or simply need a personalized sweet treat, Nicki has you covered!

With a passion for farm to table freshness, Chef Nicki is always looking for creative ways to incorporate herbs & veggies from her garden. If you have a vision, not only will she make it happen, but will far exceed your expectations.

Nicki & her husband Steven are so excited to purchase their very first home here in Charleston & look forward to creating lasting memories through food and friendship.
