December sales on Daniel Island had some pretty impressive closings, namely 614 Bermuda Isle Street closed for $6,400,000 (Thanks to yours truly!). It was the most expensive home that ever closed on Daniel Island. The prices continue to rise month after month with little increases in available inventory. Buyer wish lists still put new/renovated homes, pools, views and larger lots at the top.
