Charleston's September Market Report

If 2020 can be remembered for anything positive, it will be the record breaking Real Estate market.

Available homes dropped to a 1.8 month supply, down 56%. The average days on market down 46% to an all time low of 11.

There are 3,306 active homes, a drop of 48%.

Homes on average are getting 98.9% of list price, up 1.8% and sales price is up 9%.

Total closed sales for September was $894,534,354, up 77%.

Homes are selling faster and for higher amounts as the inventory continues to shrink in the Charleston area. We are seeing showings on a daily basis from clients moving from larger cities and colder climates. People are looking to enjoy our lives and what better place to be than Charleston??
