April Market Stats

April Market Stats

This is where we reflect on what happened last month compared to April, 2021.... ready?

From our perspective it appears buyers have become a little more hesitant by inflating prices, rising interest rates, and homes that are overpriced are sitting on the market longer, but the stats show differently. Days on Market is still down, for the entire MLS area by over 39% compared to April 2021. The inventory shortage still proves to be challenging for the demand.
