Decembers median Sales Price on Daniel Island was $951,500 (it was $841,389 in November), up 20.4% from last year.

Average Days on Market for Daniel Island was 12 and 10 for the entire Charleston area, down 67.6% from last year
Average price per sq foot increased to $295 from Novembers $286 on Daniel Island, up 18% from last year. The entire Charleston MLS showed an increase of 10.9% to a $193 sq foot average.
Inventory has shown a steady decline, now at a 1 month inventory, down 72.2% from last year making those homes that were difficult to sell in the past much easier.
