Kristen believes in treating clients like family and friends and networking with other like minded local businesses to offer a holistic approach in living our best. She is happy to help all clients reach their goals in their own way and time.
Kristen lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and 2 small children and her adorable new office space is also located in Mount Pleasant.
